Pahalgam Terror Attack Live Updates: Cabinet briefing begins

Jammu Kashmir Pahalgam Terror Attack News Updates: The second meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS), in the wake of the Pahalgam terror attack which killed Alll the 26 people, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi,conclusion On Afternoon Union Ministers Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, EAM S Jaishankar, among others, were present during the meeting. He also chaired two additional meetings — the Cabinet Committee on Political Affairs (CCPA) and the Cabinet’s Economic Affairs Committee (CCEA).  A cabinet briefing is scheduled for 4 pm today.

LoC Firing: Meanwhile, Pakistan Army continued to engage in ‘unprovoked firing’ along the Jammu and Kashmir’s Line of Control (LoC) in multiple sectors across four border districts, officials told news agency PTI Wednesday. The Indian Army responded effectively and proportionately to it, the officials added. This marked the sixth consecutive night of  Ceasefire violations by Pakistan along the LoC.
